Top 100

O American Film Institute todos os anos faz a mesma coisa. A ideia é peregrina e o resultado é uma lista dos 100 filmes supostamente mais importantes da história do cinema. Citizen Kane mantém-se à cabeça e depois há xonezadas como Saving Private Ryan ter direito a figurar ou Sunrise estar bem longe do topo. Não se vislumbram filmes soviéticos. A primeira parte da tabela é dominada por relíquias norte-americanas. Escolhas particularmente óbvias, como Nosferatu, de Murnau, primam pela ausência. Não lembra ao diabo.
